Welcome to the Bryon DeVore Photography blog. This space is a place for me to keep in touch with clients, post new work and to share bits about how I go about things here with the photography business. I generally post a few photos from each session, but after a few years of keeping this blog, I know that counting on me to be consistent or regular in any way is probably not going to work out well for anyone. I love to hear from visitors so please drop me an e-mail and be sure to come visit me on Facebook!

"School Photo Sessions"

Had a "school photo session" this morning and thought I'd post a couple from it and other similar sessions to give an idea of what can be expected from these very short, fun and painless sessions. Unless done as part of a class, these sessions take place here at the studio or right outside and last just a few minutes. I usually end up shooting 30-40 frames of each child and show the client 10-20 of those. For this session I charge $25 and you can bring as many kids as you'd like! I love how these sessions focus on the children's faces and their many, many unique expressions.

A fun few minutes this morning.

...and little sis snuck in for a few as well (yep, that's mom holding her).
